WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
Having a home setup certainly does not need to break the bank! If you are looking into having your own equipment then I recommend a set of resistance bands in varying levels, a trusty set of dumbbells, a foam roller, an exercise mat, a kettlebell and a skipping rope!

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?
My training styler delivers you a unique S&C (Strength and Conditioning) experience!
You as the client will always be heard and as your trainer I also vouch to be a friend. A successful programme is down to a team mindset and ultimately, it is my duty to ensure that you as the client leave feeling as though you are in safe hands and more confident by the week!

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
I do not charge additionally for the use of nutritional support. Success also operates outside of the gym and I will help ensure that you hit nutritional targets, as you would expect with the weights!
