One to one based exercise programming tailored to your individual needs. Programmes can be catered for anywhere between 1 and 4 sessions a week, whether that's at a gym or from the comfort of your home!
Programmes comprise of: weight training, cardio, high intensity circuits, or sport specific exercises. Alongside this, nutrition and lifestyle management is all documented via the CGH fitness app (at no extra cost!).
